SAP Solution Manager Techno – Functional – Positions – 4
Locations – New York, Wisconsin, Dallas, Chicago
Duration – 6-9months
Design the Service Desk function for Manual ticketing process for SAP BPC systems.
- Implement, configure, verify, test and train the functionality based on the agreed upon design.
The key functions that will be implemented are:
- Service Desk – SAP Solution Manager
- Incident Management – Manual Creation of Tickets
- Incident Management – Reporting
The current scope will enable Customer for the Manual ‘Create-to-Close’ process of Incident Management for utilizing it for SAP-BPC systems only. The design will include the capability to extend the Service Desk function for other SAP and Non-SAP systems.
SAP Solution Manager Functional – Position – 2
Locations – New York, Wisconsin
Duration – 6-9months
- Basic setup and configuration of Solution Manager 7.1 system
- This activity is required to setup solution manager and activate the basic functions to be utilized. This will also help setup the technical setup and configuration of Solution Manager.
- Basic setup and configuration of Service Desk in Solution Manager.
- Basic setup and configuration of Service Desk component in Service-Now.
- Review and finalize the proposed integration options
- Basic Service Desk Setup and configuration in Solution Manager
- Synchronous and bidirectional interface of Service Now’ Service Requests to SAP
- Testing for integration
- Documentation and training
