      -Design, develop, test, train, and deploy the following functionality:

      -Basic Setup for Solution Manager 7.1

     -Setup Project Implementation Functions

 Solution Monitoring

 Diagnostics – Root Cause Analysis

 -Service Desk

 -Change Request Management

 -Integration to HP Quality Center – Test Management

 -Migrate existing SAP project documentation to Solution Manager

 Knowledge transfer and training documentation for all the project activities
