He has been passionately involved in Solution Manager for 10 years and now runs a successful practice with Alpha Sirius – a Run SAP certified Company. He has co-presented with the likes of D. Uwe Homell Executive VP at SAP and Derek Prior of Gartner on various topics of Solution Manager. He is the Solution Manager Lead responsible for a successful design and implementation of Solution Manager tool for various functions including Implementations, Upgrades, Service Desk, ChaRM, Business Process Monitoring, Diagnostics.
RAQUEL P. CUNHA, is a Senior Solution Manager expert, experience in PM methodologies, tools and techniques, and strong technical background. Has been working with SAP for 13 years in several countries, involved in development, team leading, change management and training. She has been responsible for strategy, design and successful implementation of Solution Manager for the last 6 years. She is a contributor of Solution Manager Expert magazine and SCN and has special focus on ChaRM and ServiceDesk.
TONY DE THOMASIS has been working with SAP software since 1986. Tony has several years of experience with large companies including National Australia Bank, Telstra, Coles Myer, BHP Billiton and Australia Post. In his capacity as an SAP Mentor. Tony has presented at SAP TechEd, SAUG, SAPPHIRE and Mastering SAP Technologies events, authored over 30 SCN weblogs, and written articles for the SAP Professional Journal and Solution Manager Expert magazine.
WENCESLAO LACAZE is a Solution Manager Expert. He has focused his career in the Solution Manager has a strong experience with all phases of a project, from the initial Blue Print to the post Go-Live support. His international work experience and successful implementations have enabled him to gain in-depth experience on all facets of ALM, Solution Manager, strategy, best practices and gaining value out of Solution Manager. He brings in both functional and technical knowledge of Solution Manager and is currently working on the ramp-up program for 7.1 version.
